Rescue 136 and Brush 132 were dispatched to the area below the intersection of Old Mill Road and Seven Springs Road, for a 2 vehicle motor vehicle collision, with one vehicle on its top in the creek.

Upon arrival, found all occupants of both vehicles standing in roadway, apparently unhurt. Deployed traffic control with Glade Spring Life Saving Crew, effectively shutting down flow of traffic both ways. GSVLSC obtained refulas from occupant(s) of one vehicle, however 3 occupants of the vehicle in the creek decided they would like to be transported to the hospital for evaluation and treatment, if necessary. Both ambulances cleared the scene, we continued to manage traffic until the tow companies removed both vehicles, where upon both apparatus cleared the scen, and returned to station.
